An alert system for
monitoring / controlling critical installations and equipment, which SMS
you an alert signal directly to your GSM in case of any default in your
system
The system can
automatically alert the technical support staff through SMS on a change
of status in any of the input channels. A two- level problem escalation
logic to ensure the timely notification of ‘unattended alerts’ to the
decision maker.
Authorised operators can
reach Tamimah Alerts embedded interactive voice response units
and can turn on/off the output lines allowing them to control any
equipment.
The system is an
independent unit with built in battery backup which supports windows
based system configuration.
